Your Challenge
- Architectural Mastery: Analyze, advise, and refine customer architectures. Lead root cause analyses that transform learning into real improvement.
- Relentless Optimization: Improve detection and recovery times (MTTD/MTTR) establish SRE practices, lead on-call rotations, and automate tasks with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- Product & Hybrid Architecture Leadership: Optimize hybrid and cloud-based solutions. Create custom plugins and collaborate with product teams to maximize performance.
- On-Prem Alignment & Hosted Operations : Align operational practices to ensure peak performance in both hosted and on-prem environments.
- Team Impact: Lead, mentor, and foster continuous improvement with our global engineering teams.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in SRE, Cloud Ops, or DevOps with deep hands-on experience.
- Mastery of Kubernetes, Istio, Envoy, and hybrid architectures.
- Expertise in Golang (preferred) or Python and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for databases like Postgres and Elastic DB.
- Proven communication skills that bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
